CHIA SEEDS

Chia meant “Strength” in the Mayan language. This old super food is enjoyed by athletes all over the world for its performance enhancing abilities. That aside, chia seeds prevents fatigue, boosts digestive health and skin.

HEMP SEEDS

Hemp seeds come from the same family as marijuana but contain less than .3% THC. So no one is getting high from eating hemp seeds.

These tiny seeds are a great source of protein, they help build muscle mass. Hemp doubles in treating anemia and aiding weight loss and help build stronger bones.

SPIRULINA

Found in the alkaline lakes of Mexico and Africa this blue - green algae is 3.5 billion years old. It has bone marrow reproduction powers and a great source of minerals such as zinc and calcium.
