Updated: Sep 4, 2020

Seattle Sounders FC defeat Los Angeles FC 3-1 to mark another back to back loss for LAFC since 2018 MLS season.

Raul Ruidiaz opened the scoring for Sounders 11 minutes into the game catching Kenneth Vermeer off guard and sending his curled shot far right.

Jordan Morris added two more goals to give Sounders 3-1 lead. He score one just before the end of first half, skipping past Vermeer out of the 18 box to give Sounders a 2-0 lead.

Los Angeles FC came back second half trying to fix the mistakes they had in the first half and hopefully win the game.

It was clear Sounders were not giving up and looked to add more goals. Immediately after walking in 2nd half,Jordan Morris tapped a cross from Joao Paulo sealing a 3-0 lead for Sounders.

Los Angles FC's only goal came in at 60' when Diego Rossi tapped in Cifuentes cross to close the game at 3-1 in favor of Sounders FC.
