Another Rice visit to Uweza Foundation

In the spirit of giving out during this Corona Pandemic, TheFieldTalk staff members visited Uweza Foundation in Kibera on Saturday 13th June 2020 and donated 100 kilograms of rice. This was a second visit to the Talent nurturing Foundation based in Kibera.

This was a TheFieldTalk initiative whereby the staff members based in Nairobi went out of their way in to ensure needy families receive the donation.

Whereas the initial need of vulnerable families is huge, TheFieldTalk has tried to bridge this gap. This was our second direct donation to Uweza after our first partnership was successful. Through these partnerships and more, over 900 families across the country have been fed and our ambition is to reach even more.

Joachim,a staff member at Uweza will ensure that the rice is distributed to the target group, the needy family. Speaking to us, he couldnt hide his delight while accepting this donation." As an organisation we are grateful to TheFieldTalk for your support, " he said, " and we look forward to working with you to ensure more needy families are fed."

TheFieldTalk calls on other well wishers to come to the rescue of the 'hungry' families. You can partners with us in whatever capacity you can or make your contributions to our gofund me account and the funds will be channeled to putting food on the tables of those that cant afford it. Our philanthropy work depends also on well-wishers and we are here to provide you with more information about how you can help support our work at TheFieldTalk.

Contribute or share our GoFundMe page to reach more families.
