Plot
Harpreet Singh Bedi (Ranbir Kapoor) is a sincere and honest student who scores low marks in his exams. He decides to become a salesman for AYS Computers, a leading company in the IT industry. However, he soon realizes that the sales world is full of corruption, deceit and greed. He is humiliated by his boss Sunil Puri (Manish Chaudhari), his colleagues and his customers. He also falls in love with Sherena (Shazahn Padamsee), a receptionist at AYS.

Harpreet decides to start his own company, Rocket Sales Corporation, with the help of some of his loyal customers and colleagues. He hires Nitin (Naveen Kaushik), a senior salesman who is fed up with AYS, Koena (Gauahar Khan), a telecaller who is harassed by her boss, Girish (D. Santosh), a technician who is exploited by AYS, and Chhotelal (Mukesh Bhatt), a peon who is mistreated by everyone. Harpreet also gets support from his grandfather (Prem Chopra), who encourages him to follow his dreams.
Harpreet and his team work hard to provide quality service and products to their clients, while also maintaining ethical values and honesty. They use AYS's resources and infrastructure without their knowledge, and manage to earn a good reputation in the market. However, their success attracts the attention of Sunil Puri, who becomes suspicious of Harpreet's activities. He exposes Harpreet's fraud and fires him and his team from AYS.
Harpreet accepts his mistake and apologizes to Sunil Puri. He also reveals that he has earned enough money to start his own office and pay back AYS for their losses. He offers Sunil Puri a partnership deal, but Sunil Puri rejects it and threatens to sue him. Harpreet leaves AYS with his team and his grandfather, and sets up his new office. He also proposes to Sherena, who accepts his love. The film ends with Harpreet giving a motivational speech to his employees, while Sunil Puri watches them from a distance.
